HR Assistant (Development)

-Coordinates training for offices located throughout the Region which entails collaborating with the customer to identify training needs and solutions; identify, contract and coordinate with vendors and instructors, and schedule classes.
-Serves as a Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator for all assigned customers; carries out routine data entry, review and updates all the system modules.
-Researches various sources of training based on stated training requirements; analyzes vendor training curriculum to determine suitability for consideration and provides recommendations for Training Manager approval.
-Provides information to employees regarding available training opportunities and advises on procedures to request training, training sources, tuition fees, course schedules, locations, etc.
-Provides assistance to management and career program employees and assures proper documentation is included in employee files and that data is accurately recorded in automated systems.
-Coordinates payments for training with acquisitions and/or finance office.
GS-07:
In order to qualify for the GS-07 grade level, your resume must reflect one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-06 grade level in Federal service.
Specialized Experience for GS-07:
Defined as experience providing technical support in training and development of employees; utilizing a learning management system; maintaining case files, rosters and other documentation; and coordinating payment with vendors and finance and/or acquisitions office.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.
g.
, Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.
g.
, professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
