Records & Information Management Specialist (MPP-MW)

Assists the Regions Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act (PA) Officer with program management and special projects. Assists with implementation of the Lower Colorado Region Office (LCRO) records management program. Assists in providing training and advisory services to employees in the functional area of records management. Assists customers with performing research using electronic and manual research techniques to search for requested records and information. For the GS-09 level, your resume must reflect one year of specialized experience in complexity and difficulty equivalent to the GS-7 grade level in Federal Service. An example of the specialized experience is working with Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act requests and experience in electronic records management systems such as experience in planning, implementing and operating electronic records systems for an organization. OR you must possess a master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL. B. or J.D. if related. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
