Realty Specialist (MPP-MW)

-Researches complex land records -Accurately locates and describes lands using standard land survey principles -Responsible for reviewing lands need to recommend disposal of unneeded lands - Prepares land use authorizations in accordance with federal law and reclamation policy - Identifies and resolves trespass/encroachment issues -Prepares and reviews deeds and related instruments and verifies legal land descriptions -Directs the preparation of survey plats and descriptions -Locates, verifies and documents land boundaries -Coordinates and establishes working relationships with Federal, State, county, city, private sector, water districts and private landowners -Independently researches regulations and statues to resolve questions -Uses, updates and maintains Reclamation land records. In order to qualify for the GS-12 grade level, your resume must reflect one year of full time experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to at least the to the GS-11 grade level in Federal service. An example would demonstrate creating and interpreting complex legal land descriptions; assessing land use needs; evaluating, preparing and processing property transactions reviewing legal descriptions, preparing deeds and/or lease instruments; verifying the accuracy of leases; and preparing land use agreements and permits; experience in land use contracts or documents (e.g., easements, right-of-entry, leases, licenses). Experience at this level must be non-commercial, non-residential.Your resume must clearly reflect the experience/education listed above. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
