Supervisory Realty Specialist (MPP-MW)

Serves as Regional Supervisory Realty Specialist in LCR-wide management, direction, budgeting, and oversight of the regional land management, outdoor recreation, realty, land acquisition, and disposal programs, including title transfers and associated budgets. Supervises subordinate staff to include planning the work to be accomplished, setting and adjusting priorities, preparing schedules for completion of work, and assigning and evaluating work. Responsible for overall quality of the LCR's land records system and works closely with the Financial Management Office to ensure ongoing accuracy of data and records for financial reporting and audit purposes. Directs recreation program planning and accomplishments to meet a broad range of national, Departmental, and Reclamation program objectives and long-range goals; meet the needs of State and local governmental agencies; and provides benefit to the public by the effective use and management of federal land. Oversees the formulation of the Lands Group work plans. Serves as budget sub-committee team lead for the Regional Land Resources Management program. Develops, monitors, and implements budgets and administrative procedures for the Group Maintains liaison with other Bureau offices, Federal, Tribal, state, local agencies, and universities for the purpose of collaborative partnerships, consultation, coordination, negotiating cost share, contracting for expertise, and with public and special interest groups to obtain public insight and input. GS-13:
In order to qualify for the GS-13 grade level, your resume must reflect one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in Federal service.Specialized Experience for GS-13:
Is defined as applying a broad knowledge of land management, realty and outdoor recreation principles and practices to effectively oversee complex realty transactions and land management activities. Experience should demonstrate the ability to provide supervision, leadership, guidance, and direction to subordinate staff on land management, realty, and outdoor recreation activities.Supervisory Competencies:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
