Audiovisual Production Specialist (MPP-LRT)

Performs a variety of still and aerial photography using an assortment of equipment; performs illustrative requirements for pictorial covers for reports, brochures, and news media. Provides support for various public affairs activities Region- and Reclamation-wide and collaborates and supports multi-agency and multi-bureau projects. Responsible for the production of audiovisual products of the highest informational quality, artistry, and creativity. Develops audiovisual programs of educational and instructional value in water resources management and new initiatives, power generation, environmental conservation initiatives, wetlands and habitat development, and safety practices. Performs all phases of audiovisual production, i.e., producer-director, camera operator, and editor. Oversees the Region's photo imagery and visual database. Makes determination as to what images should be archived and preserved. GS-11:
In order to qualify for the GS-11 grade level, your resume must reflect one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-09 grade level in Federal service; OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; OR Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; OR LL.M., if related. Specialized Experience for GS-11:
Defined as experience with video production to direct, produce, and edit a wide range of audiovisual products and photographic displays. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly reflect the experience/education listed above. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
