Records & Information Management Specialist (MPP-MW)
At the full performance level, the position:
Assists the Regions Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act (PA) Officer with program management and special projects. Assists with implementation of the Lower Colorado Region Office (LCRO) records management program. Assists in providing training and advisory services to employees in the functional area of records management. Assists customers with performing research using electronic and manual research techniques to search for requested records and information. For the GS-07 level, your resume must reflect one year of experience at the GS-05 level working with federal records and creating, maintaining and using electronic records OR you must possess 1 full year of graduate level education or superior academic achievement. For the GS-09 level, your resume must reflect one year of experience working with Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act requests OR you must possess a master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL. B. or J.D. if related. Your resume must clearly reflect the experience/education listed above. In determining qualifications, the Human Resources specialist may not make assumptions.
