Human Resources Officer

- Serves as the Human Resources Officer for the Lower Colorado Region of the Bureau of Reclamation, directing and managing the human resources office. - Plans, develops, implements, and evaluates a comprehensive human resources management program. - Provides direction, expertise, and leadership to HR subordinate supervisors and staff. - Provides authoritative advice and innovation direction on human resources management. - Serves as a principle advisor and consultant to the Regional Director on all Human Capital Management strategies. - Develops new insights and uses innovation to create new programs, processes, and practices that result in organization improvements. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
GS-14:
One year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal service. DEFINITION OF SPECIALIZED

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
