Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesKey

Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly/ad-hoc reporting for supported orgsHandles key operational support functions and special ad-hoc projects from the Ops managerDevelops best practices that can be implemented throughout the organizationDevelops relationships with assigned orgs hierarchy and provides functional operations assistance at all levels, including personnel changes, fleet, and system access requestsOversee all regional indirect prepaid distribution change requests, including onboarding & offboardingResponsible for the assigned organization(s) meeting content orchestration and dissemination of assigned org(s) hot topicsPartner with assigned org(s) to identify sales metric opportunities within the scope of the hierarchyMaintain and develop organizational intranet contentBoost Dealer Policy point of contact for all issues and escalations within supported org(s)Location:

Advanced in GSuite and MS OfficeAbility to travel and work with local leadership to identify operational shortfalls and develop and execute fixesAbility to quickly ingest data and turn it into actionable reporting for assigned org(s)Relationship management across large geographies to ensure tasks are communicated and completed efficientlyDesired skills/experienceDeveloper experience desired but not required (Google App Scripts, Python, SQL, Javascript, etc.
)Efficiency through automationBusiness Intelligence software experience (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
